【Abstract】 IPO inquiry system is a significant part in the development of security market.The reasons for implementation of inquiry system of IPO are studied in the paper.The differences between IPO inquiry system and the current relative regulations of IPO are analyzed.The impact of this system on each aspect of security market is further discussed.Finally,problems needs to be solved in the system are presented to improve its feasibility.更多还原
