图像测量系统中一种直线特征的识别方法
Identifying method of line characterizations in image measuring system
【摘要】 基于对PVC塑钢门窗断面测量的研究,提出了一种对二维平面中大量直线特征的自动识别方法。从被测断面图像中提取边缘特征,根据型材中各直线的图纸坐标,和图纸、图像坐标间的关系,可识别出断面边缘图像中的多条直线特征。将这些直线的数据存储,就可用于断面几何参数的测量。针对断面尺寸偏离图纸公称尺寸的情况和噪声的存在,给出了识别正确性的理论分析。最后,根据图像中识别出的直线上各点的坐标,拟合出了直线方程。
【Abstract】 An automatic method is proposed to identify line characterizations in 2D profiles based on the study of profile measurement of PVC extrusion.Edge characterizations are obtained from an image of profile. Line characterizations can be identified in the image on the basis of line positions of lines in the drawing,and the relation between drawing coordinate and image coordinate. Memory data of the lines can be realized to measure geometry parameters of a profile. The accuracy of the method is discussed in theory , given the deviation of profile dimensions from their standard dimension and the existence of noise. In the end ,equations of identified lines are obtained according to the image coordinates of points on the lines.
