【Abstract】 Managers’ professionization is the necessity to modern enterprise system. Three essential systems need to be established, they are the professional certificate system, professional manager ranked system and managers’ appoint and dismission system by market. There are three basic conditions which are rational buyers, ample bargainors and standard intermediary organizations.
