【Abstract】 the information-technology-based Management Information System had been widely applied in various fields of enterprise manufacturing. TV Series is a kind of special commodity, thus introducing the management information technology into TV Series’ manufacturing, which is rooted in media market, may enhance the performance and efficiency of management in TV Series’ producing.
