【Abstract】 The theory of physique and vitality in philosophic topic of life outlook is the important scientific thoughts of TCM.It develops from the ancient dimensional recognition of the separation of spirit and body,and separation of physique and vitality and gradually to the direction of wholism of physique and vitality.Its connotation:physique is the body, broadly the tissues and organs, such as the viscera and channels, also including essence,Qi,blood,fluid;the vitality indicates all the outer actions of the human body,including a series of life activities and spiritual and ideological exercises,e.g.work,eating, metabolism and childbearing.As the main academic thought of TCM theory,it is widely embodied in the "Internal Classic".更多还原
