【摘要】 儒法之争发端于中国春秋战国之际,是在儒法两家之间展开的一场关于德刑关系的争论。儒家认为"以德治为本",法家认为"以法治为本"。随着秦灭汉兴,德治为本成为大势所趋。文章从儒法之争的历史及其本质进行深层探析,揭示其对现实的几点启示,即要适应当代知识经济和科学技术发展的要求,推动中国现代化建设健康有序地发展,就必须在加强法治的同时,努力加强德治,提高人们的思想道德水平。更多还原
