基于LabVIEW6i的电源智能接口控制
Control of Intelligent Interface for Power Based on LabVIEW6i
【摘要】 磁铁电源智能接口的控制,利用LabVIEW6i的数据采集、处理和智能控制等功能设计。通过SerialPortInit.vi初始化串口,将收到的数据和本/遥(RL)的设置分别存入Whileloop。以200ms间隔发送查询命令,100ms间隔读数据、检测RL电流的改变。通过事件触发将数据传给独立的whileloop实现读写、显示、分析和监控。用局域变量控制loop实现同步开关数据的出列和存档并通过以太网对故障信息进行远程监控。
【Abstract】 Intelligent interface for magnet power was designed with the LabVIEW6i functions of data acquisition, data analysis and intelligent-control etc. Serial port was initialized with serial port Init.vi, data received and RL setting was saved respectively into Whileloop. Query command was sent in spacing of 200ms and data was accessed in spacing of 100ms, and current change of RL was tested. Data was sent into individual Whileloop through event touching to realize read-write, display, analysis, monitor and control. Loop was controlled with local variable to realize breaking the rank and keeping in the archives of synchronous switch data, and failure information was monitored and controlled in long-distance via Ethernet.
