【摘要】 电喷燃油泵模态分析系统是一套多路输入输出分析系统。系统由PC总线工控机、16位多通道SAC110数采卡、压力和加速度传感器、金属管浮子流量计、带通滤波器、燃油泵工作电压和电流检测电路、油路系统及分析软件组成。可完成电喷燃油泵出油端压力、脉动压力、输油量、切线加速度、工作电压和电流等参数的测试,绘制数据曲线并对曲线进行分析,以评定泵的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mode analysis system for oil fuel pump spouted by electricity is a multi-way input and output status analysis system. It consist of the industrial control computer, SAC110 data acquisition card with 16 channels, pressure and acceleration sensors, metal tube floater flowmeter, band-pass filter, detection circuits for working voltage and current of the pump, and fuel route system and analysis software. The tests of pressure at fuel export, impulse pressure, capability of transport, tangent acceleration, the voltage and current of the pump is finished, the data curve was plotted and analyzed and quality of the pump was evaluated with the mode analysis system.更多还原
