小缸径活塞温度场存储测试系统研究

【摘要】 在原有活塞温度场红外遥测系统的基础上,研发一种新的测量小缸径活塞温度场存储测试系统,并通过试验对系统的实用性进行了验证.试验结果表明该系统不仅可靠性高、体积小、功耗低、对温度场影响小,符合测试系统的要求,而且消除了在原红外遥测系统中常出现的信号短时间中断的现象.

【Abstract】 Base on former infrared telemetry system of piston temperature field, a new stored testing and measuring system for investigating the temperature field of a piston with small diameter was developed and tested for real application. The system corresponds to demands of high reliability , small cubage , low power consumption, small influences on temperature field, and ability to measure the instantaneous temperature field. It was found that the device could eliminate temporary interruption of the signal which occurred frequently in old infrared telemetry system.
