包钢(集团)公司劳动力资源再利用的思考
Comment on re - use of labor force resources
【摘要】 通过对包钢雇用计划外用工及裁员产生的下岗放假职工的分析,合理配置劳动力,实现包钢对下岗放假职 工劳动力资源再利用。
【Abstract】 The problem of laid - offs from the out -of- plan employment and the staff reduction is analyzed and how to reasonably distribute labor force and realize the re - use of the labor force of laid offs of Baogang is put forward in this paper.
