【摘要】 研究利用固定点技术测定一定温度和氧分压下铁液与单晶体氧化镁之间的接触角。在CO/CO2气氛下,氧分压从10-4Pa降低到10-9Pa,该接触角从78°增加到113°;在Ar气氛下,当氧分压从10-13Pa降低到10-14Pa,接触角从83°下降到66°。在Ar气氛且氧分压非常低时,试样温度从1873K降低到某一温度期间,观测了铁液滴在冷却过程中发生的再辉现象,并测定了不同氧化物材质下再结晶凝固的温度。

【Abstract】 In this study the contact angle between liquid iron and single crystal magnesium oxide substrate was measured by the sessile drop technique at constant oxygen partial pressure and temperature. In a CO/CO2 atmosphere, the contact angle increases from 78° to 113° with oxygen partial pressure decreasing from 10-4Pa to 10-9 Pa. In an argon atmosphere, the contact angle decreases from 83° to 66° with oxygen partial pressure decreasing from 10-13 Pa to 10-14 Pa. The recalescence phenomenon of iron was observed when the temperature of specimen decreased to a certain point in an argon atmosphere, and in the meantime the oxygen partial pressure was very low. The recrystallization temperature of iron with different solid oxide substrate was also measured.
