新催化剂合成聚酯反应动力学研究
Study on Reaction Kinetics of PET Polymerization with New Catalysts
【摘要】 合成了几个系列的无毒无污染环境友好的新型无锑催化剂,并应用于聚酯合成反应动力学的研究,衡量其催化效果.研究发现,新型无锑催化剂在PET的合成中,无论对酯化反应还是缩聚反应,均表现出较高的反应活性,可大大加速PET合成反应的进行.在同样的反应条件下,就酯化反应而言,加入自制催化剂的反应与不加催化剂的反应(并不是没有催化剂参与反应,应该是体系中的H+自催化)相比,酯化反应时间可缩短20%~50%,酯化反应的活化能有较大幅度的降低;而就缩聚反应而言,加入自制催化剂的反应与加入常规催化剂Sb2O3的反应相比,所得产物不仅粘度高,而且缩聚反应速度常数大多数可提高2倍以上,缩聚反应时间亦可缩短40%~70%.
【Abstract】 Prepared a series of new nontoxic and unpolluted antimony-free catalysts and evaluatedthe catalytic effectiveness by the reaction kinetics of PET. The kinetics results show that the newantimony-free catalysts exhibit high effectiveness both in esterification and polycondensation.Compared to that without catalyst, the esterification time with self-made catalysts is shortened by20 %~50 %, the activation energy decreases significantly. And the polycondensation reaction rateconstant with self-made catalysts is 2~3 times of that with traditional Sb2O3 catalyst, the poly-condensation time is shortened by 40 %~70 %.
