火电厂单元机组经济指标在线监测及能耗分析系统

【摘要】 利用热平衡法、等效热降理论和偏差分析法,对火力发电厂的锅炉效率、汽轮机效率、管道效率、辅机效率等进行了计算,得出机组的经济性指标,并实现了火电厂单元机组经济指标在线监测及能耗分析系统功能.系统实际运行良好,使电厂运行人员和管理人员实时了解机组运行状况,实现经济运行和强化生产管理.

【Abstract】 Making use of the theories of the heat energy equilibrium, equivalent enthalpy drop and difference analysis, the comprehensive efficiencies of boiler, steam turbine, pipeline and assistant machines are computed to gain the unit’s economical indexes. On the basis of it, the functions of the on-line economical performance monitoring and energy loss analysis system for power generating unit are realized. The system can help the operators and managers to know the real-time states, economical performances of the unit. It is also one of the major means taken by thermal power plant to realize the economical operation and strengthen the production management.
