【Abstract】 The development of China’s modernization and political civilization construction is bound to be followed by the emergence of "society of the citizens" which differentiates from the traditional "society of subjects". This transition requires the traditional moral education to be transformed into a modern version. The function of moral education will tend to focus on character cultivation, interpersonal coordination, and individual’s development, as well as insisting on the guidance of political ideology. Meanwhile, the "man-oriented mode of development" in moral education should be formed and advocated because that is an inexorable trend of the modern moral development of China.更多还原
