车灯线光源的优化设计
Optimal Design of Linear Light Source of Headlights
【摘要】 本文给出车灯线光源的优化设计 .对于一定长度和功率的线光源 ,根据几何光学和微元法 ,借助计算机分别将车灯反射光和直射光的光强微元进行累加 ,得出到达指定点的总光强 .以总光强为目标函数在设计所要求的约束条件下进行优化求解 ,得到线光源的最优长度 ;再根据所得线光源的最优长度 ,通过全局搜索 ,使用数学软件MATLAB画出测试屏上反射光的亮区 ;最后 ,对模型进行改进 ,提出双目标优化函数 ,得到在新规范下线光源的最优长度
【Abstract】 In this paper, an optimal design for linear light source of headlights is introduced. Based on geometric optics and infinitesimal analysis and with the aid of the computer, by adding up intensities of direct and reflective rays, the overall intensity on a target spot is obtained. Taking the overall intensity as the objective function, and under the constrained conditions specified by the design, optimization process is carried out to get the optimal length of linear light source. With this optimal length, by global searching and by the use of MATLAB, the brightened area of the reflected rays is displayed on the test screen. Finally, by improving the model and suggesting a two-objective optimization function, the optimal length is worked out under a new rule.
