可编程控制波长调谐的环形掺铒光纤激光器
Progammable Wavelength Tunable Erbium-doped Fiber Ring Laser
【摘要】 提出了一种新型的可调谐光纤激光器,器件采用介质薄膜干涉滤波器进行波长可编程调谐,调谐范围超过38nm(1526.51564.6nm),中心波长可精确调谐到C波段指定的ITU-T波长栅格的标准中心波长处,3dB带宽小于0.08nm,25dB带宽小于0.22nm,波长稳定性优于0.01nm,边模抑制比大于60dB,最大输出光功率35.6mW,功率稳定性优于±0.02dB,阈值泵浦功率和斜率效率分别为5.8mW和36.6%。
【Abstract】 A new-style programmable wavelength tunable erbium-doped fiber ring laser is proposed,which adopts a dielectric thin film interference filter to realize a programmable wavelength tune and can precisely lock the central wavelength to the ITU-T wavelength grid with the stability of 0.01 nm The tuning range of 38 nm(1526.5~1564.6 nm),3 dB linewidth less than 0.08 nm and 25 dB linewidth less than 0.22 nm,edge-mode suppression ratio greater than 60 dB have been achieved.Its maximum output power is 35.6 mW and the stability of power is better than ±0.02 dB.The threshold and slope efficiency of the laser are 5.8 mW and 36%,respectively.
