教师继续教育新模式——基地培训与校本培训相结合
New Pattern of the Teachers’ Continuing Education ——Combining Base-Training and At-work-training
【摘要】 在分析基地培训与校本培训的基础上,讨论了将二者结合起来的教师继续教育模式,以探索切实有效的教师继续教育途径,促进中小学教师的专业发展及整体素质的提高。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the importance of combining base-training and at-work-training, and puts forward a new model of teachers’ continuing education in order to improve the teacher’s professional development and their general diathesis.
