【Abstract】 Based on defining the concepts of law and power,this article discusses the meaning of China’s power ruled by law. The authors consider that China’s power ruled by law includes such aspects of power as form, substance,operating system and value. Therefore, to let China’s power be ruled by law, corresponding countermeasures should be taken in the dimensionalities of government administration,power and law.更多还原
