碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料的SiC体积比测定
Resarch on testing SiC volume fraction of particle reinforced aluminium matrix composite
【摘要】 在内耗法研究SiCp/Al复合材料阻尼性能的基础上,利用超声衰减法研究该复合材料的阻尼性能。通过分 析超声衰减系数α随测试频率f和SiC体积比的变化规律,提出一种用超声波探伤仪测定材料超声衰减系数确定 SiCp/Al复合材料中SiC体积比的方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the results of internal friction method, the damping properties of the SiCp/Al metal matrix composite were studied by ultrasonic attenuation. A simple and fast method for testing SiC volume fraction was provided in the light of relationship among ultrasonic attenuation coefficients, frequency f and SiC volume fraction.
