一维Cu-Zn-Al合金纳米结构的合成及表征
Preparation and characterization of one dimension nano - structure of Cu - Zn - Al alloy
【摘要】 以铜锌铝合金为基体,利用简单的化学方法,在基体上生长出直径为十几纳米,长度达800nm的一维Cu-Zn-Al合金纳米结构。研究了一维Cu-Zn-Al合金纳米结构的形貌和结构,发现一维Cu-Zn-Al合金纳米结构的顶部呈自然开口状态。初步讨论了开口一维Cu-Zn-Al合金纳米结构的生长机制。
【Abstract】 One dimension nano - structure on the substrate alloy of Cu - Zn - Al was prepared by simple chemical method, and its length was 800nm, its diameter was around 10nm. Microscopic structure and pattern were studied. It was observed that the top appearance of one dimension nano structure of Cu - Zn - Al alloy was naturally open. In this paper the prelimi-nary study on the growth mechanism of one dimension nano - structure was made.
