镍镀层表面高温氧化的环境扫描电镜研究
ESEM study on high temperature oxidation of plating nickel
【摘要】 采用环境扫描电子显微镜 (ESEM)和自行研制的微型高温台及其控制系统 ,在高真空模式和环境模式下原位研究了镍镀层在升温过程中表面形貌的变化 ,并初步分析了各种现象的发生机理。
【Abstract】 The high temperature oxidation process of plating nickel was investigated in situ by Philip XL-30 environmental scanning electron microscope and home made micro-hot stage controlling system. The sample surfaces demonstrated the different features in the experiment performed by the device operated at the high vacuum mode and the environmental mode, the mechanisms of the phenomena happened in the experiments were simply discussed.
