【摘要】 ①目的　改进卡氏肺孢子虫标本的染色方法 ,以便准确诊断卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎和制作教学标本。②方法　采用吉姆萨 瑞特染色法。③结果　染色后卡氏肺孢子虫包囊囊内小体细胞核呈紫红色 ,细胞质呈蓝色 ,囊壁呈淡蓝色 ,各部分结构清晰可辨。滋养体包核为紫红色 ,胞质为蓝色。④结论　吉姆萨 瑞特染色法操作简便、快速 ,卡氏肺孢子虫标本着色清晰 ,是临床诊断和教学中值得推广和应用的染色方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the staining of Pneumocystis Carinii specimen for a correct diagnosis of pneumocystis carinii pneumonia(PCP) and preparation of teaching specimen. Methods The specimens were stained with Wright Giemsa compound staining. Results After the staining, the structures of pneumocystis carrinii cyst were seen clearly, with amaranth cell of intracystic body nucleus, blue cytoplasm, light blue cyst walls. The nucleus and cytoplasm of trophozoite was amaranth and blue, respectively. Conclusion Wright Giemsa compound staining is easy and quick,with bright and clear specimens,which is worth of clinical application and teaching.更多还原
