【摘要】 ①目的　观察瑞格列奈对 2型糖尿病病人的治疗作用以及对体质量和血清胰岛素水平的影响。②方法　观察了 6 0例 2型糖尿病病人 ,服用瑞格列奈前及 1 2周后血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白以及体质量、血压和低糖血症发生情况变化。③结果　与治疗前相比 ,病人餐后 2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均显著下降 (t=8.0 6、3.6 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ;空腹血清胰岛素水平显著下降 (t=3.6 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ;病人体质量无明显变化 (t=1 .1 3,P >0 .0 5 )。病人无严重低血糖及其他不良反应。④结论　瑞格列奈对 2型糖尿病病人有一定的降糖作用 ,并可降低空腹胰岛素水平 ,而对病人体质量和餐后血清胰岛素等无明显影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of repaglinide on patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and its influence on body weight and serum insulin levels. Methods The changes of blood glucose(BG), serum insulin level, HbA1c, body weight, blood pressure and incidence of hypoglycemia were observed before and 12 weeks after the administration of repaglinide in 60 T2DM patients. Results The levels of BG, HbA1c and fasting serum insulin decreased significantly ( t= 3.69-8.06, P <0.05). There were no changes of body weight ( t=1.13,P >05). The patients had no complaints of severe hypoglycemia or other side effects. Conclusion Repaglinide can efficiently decrease the levels of blood glucose and fasting serum insulin,but has no influence on the body weight and postprandial serum insulin level.更多还原
