【摘要】 城市地下空间开发利用规划是自然界的空间资源与城市空间战略性发展相结合的规划。本文用比照研究的方法,把城市地下空间纳入自然资源学的研究范围进行分析,得到了新的启发;从自然资源学和城市空间利用两个角度阐述了地下空间的自然资源属性和空间特性,明确了地下空间资源评估的基本概念、目标、内容和方法,阐述了评估与城市规划的关系及实际运用的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The plan of development and utilization of urban underground space is one of combination of strategic development of urban space and natural space resource. In this paper, by comparative study, the urban underground space is studied in the range of natural resource research. The underground space as a natural resource is expounded from the viewpoint of science of natural resource and utilization of urban space, the basic conception, target, content and method of evaluation of underground space resource are defined and the relationship between evaluation and urban planning as well as its practical application are expounded.更多还原
