【摘要】 目的 :探讨儿童脱髓鞘病临床及头颅磁共振特点。方法 :对 38例儿童脱髓鞘病进行回顾性分析。结果 :多发性硬化 2 0例 ,急性播散性脑脊髓炎 1 8例 ;头颅MRI检查全部异常 ,表现为白质、基底核、脑干和小脑T1 W1 等信号、低信号病灶和T2 W1高信号病灶。结论 :儿童脱髓鞘病临床表现多样化 ,MRI可作为早期诊断手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical and MRI features of demyelinating in children disease.Methods:Thirty eight cases of demyelinating disease were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The brain MRI of 20 cases with multiple selerosis and 18 cases with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis were all abnormal.MRI showed T 1W 1 isosignal or low signal focus and T 2W 1 high signal focus in the matter,basal nuclci,brain stem and cerebellum.Conclusions:Demylinizing disease in children dispays diversified clinical manifestation.MRI may be used as a means for early diagnosis of demyelinating in children.更多还原
