【摘要】 目的 :通过对最终被拔除的根管治疗牙的研究 ,评判其失败的原因。方法 :收集分析 1 2 1例拔除的根管治疗牙资料 ,进行分类研究。结果 :与修复有关的失败占 6 1 .2 % ,其中主要是冠折。与牙周疾病有关的失败占 2 9.8%。与根管治疗自身有关的失败仅占 9.0 %。结论 :根管治疗自身的失败虽比较少见 ,但一旦发生 ,后果严重 ,平均寿命较短。全冠修复的根管治疗牙比未冠修复的根管治疗牙平均寿命长更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the cause of failure in all endodontically treated teeth that were evertually extracted.Methods:The clinical data of 121 extracted teeth which had previously received endodontic therapy were analysed.Results:Of the teeth, 61.2% were prosthetic failures which were due primarily to crown fracture.29.8% were periodontal failures. Only 9.0% of the failure were due to endodontic causes.Conclusions:Teeth that had been crowned have greater longevity than the uncrowned ones.The endodontic failure is rarelly seen,but once it occurs,the consequences are serious.更多还原
