【Abstract】 The initiation, promotion and development of cancer is the series of uncontrollable cell proliferating process , which is aroused by some specific protein expression or protein expression profile change of the cell. On-coproteomics, as a new branch of proteomics, plays a very important role in cancer research, early diagnosis, therapy and the preliminary screening of anticancer drugs. In this paper, the lately research advances in onco-proteomics was introduced, including the commonly used techniques, the mechanism of protein network in cancer development, identification of protein marker as the cancer early diagnosis, the determination of therapeutic targets, and the establishment of cancer therapeutic strategy.更多还原
