【摘要】 近几年虽然高校扩招使高校的规模日益增大,但是依据高校所收学费和当今其强烈的扩大编制的欲望这两个角度,我们知道生均教育成本可能并未下降,我国国内学者的既有研究的结论与此不相一致。本文以微观、个案的研究方法,从范围经济这一视角对这一问题进行研究,在分析了学校规模经济与范围经济关系之后得出了学校规模并不必然导致规模经济,学校的规模经济与范围经济二者也并不必然的联系在一起。由此文章最后给出了一些不同于既有研究的政策性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Though the university s scale is increasing with it’ s recruiting more students, each student’ s cost maybe don’ t decline for the two aspects. One is the fee of the university asked; the other is the university want to enlarge its teachers and workers. This view isn’t agreed with the conclusion of internal scholar. This paper adopts the mi-crocosmic and case ways, and studies this problem with scope economics. After analyzing the relations between the school scale and scope, this paper give a conclusion that the school scale economy don’ t certainly lead to scale e-conomy. There isn’ t a high correlation between the school scale economy and scope economy. In the end, this paper gives some different advice from the existed study.更多还原
