【摘要】 对我省和韩体大跆拳道运动员在训练和比赛期间的部分生化指标进行了测试与分析。结果发现韩国男女运动员的血色素(Hb)平均值高于我省运动员;同等训练手段后的尿素氮(Bun)平均值低于我省;在总胜局数超过我省的情况下,对抗赛后即刻的血乳酸(BLA)平均值低于我省运动员。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the article ,the author analyzed some biochemistry index between training and event by testing the taekwondo athlete of KOREA Sports University and Anhui province.It showed that the average of KOREA athlete was higher than our athletes’ in Hemoglobin (HB); and the average in Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) is lower than our athletes’ after the same training method ; making it a condition that the total winning time was more than our athletes’, the immediate average in blood lactic acid (BLA) was lower than our athletes’ after opposable competition.更多还原
