光谱法测定芦荟中蒽醌含量的研究

【摘要】采取不同方法提取芦荟中蒽醌类化合物 ,并利用不同光谱法测定芦荟中总蒽醌及游离、结合蒽醌的含量 ,从而进行了比较和探讨 .本法的精密度、稳定性、重复性和回收率均令人满意 ,且操作简便易行更多还原

【Abstract】 Different extracting methods were employed in extracting anthraquinones contents in Aloe and the contents of general anthraquinones,combining state anthraquinones and free state anthraquinones were determined by different spectrophotometric methods.The results show that the precision,stability,repetition and recovery are good and the method is simply applied.更多还原
