ZrO2添加剂对镁铬砖抗渣侵蚀性的影响

【摘要】 通过在镁铬砖中加入不同含锆添加剂,得出当ZrO2加入量为3%可降低镁铬砖的气孔率,并提高其抗炉渣的渗透性,剥落性,而脱硅锆和斜锆石的加入进一步提高了镁铬砖的抗侵蚀性.

【Abstract】 By adding ZrO2 containing additives into magnesite-chrome brick of 20%Cr2O3,the result here is that the porosity in MgO-Cr2O3 brick can be reduced when the additive content is 3%,so its slag resisting permeability is improved,and its drop-resisting capability is increased as well.The slag’s corrosion resisting capability is improved by adding silica-removed zircon and baddeleyite but the pores are made more when adding calcia zirconate,resulting in the weakness of slag’s corrosion resisting capability.
