废催化剂回收三氧化二铝的初步研究
Preliminary Studying of Recycling Aluminum from waste catalyst
【摘要】 本文主要研究了如何从合成氨废催化剂中回收氢氧化铝,重新制成氧化铝载体。探讨了浸取时间对氢氧化铝、碳酸钠回收的影响,分析了二氧化碳流量、终点pH值等因素对制成拟薄水铝石的影响。拟薄水铝石经高温加热脱水后可生成所需的活性氧化铝。本实验方法生产活性氧化铝的成本低,简单易行。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly studied how to recycle Al(OH)3 from waste catalysts of synthetic ammonia and how to form Al2O3 again. What′s more,it discussed the influence on the recycling Al(OH)3 and Na2CO3,and analysed the influence on the pseudoboehm of the flux of CO2 and ending PH value,etc. Active Al2O3 products were obtained by calcunating pseudoboehm items at elevated temperature. The preparation method in this experiment of producing active Al2O3 is simple and economical.
