【Abstract】 In the past half conspiracy has been regarded as failure because of lack of linkage between the conspirators and conspirary intention by the criminal theory.There is reliance by which half conspiracy be relied ,therefore,conspirators should be meritedly punished.It includes aiding conspirator,abetting couspirator and half-doing conspirator.To recognize conspiring theory is conductive to establishment of conspirator’s punishment.更多还原
