【Abstract】 It is a duty that Refined Culture should offer Mass Culture a set of criticism system. This system is not to deter the development of Mass Culture or deny the rationality of its existence, but to provide it a kind of reference, supervision and ideal of transcendence, in other words, ultimate standard of humanistic values.
