金属离子对好氧活性污泥活性的影响
Effects of mental ions on aerobic activated sludge activity
【摘要】 通过小试装置研究 Mg2 +、Mn2 +、Ni2 +、Zn2 +、Co2 +和 Mo6 +单独存在时对活性污泥活性的影响。结果发现 ,Co2 +浓度在 2 mg/ L以下时 ,对活性污泥活性稍有抑制 ,其他离子则均有促进作用。Mn2 +、Mo6 +、Zn2 +、Mg2 +和 Ni2 +的促进浓度范围分别是 :0 .5~ 3mg/ L ,0 .5~ 5 mg/ L ,0 .5~ 1 mg/ L,5~ 2 0 mg/ L ,0 .2 5~ 1 mg/ L。在各自最佳浓度条件下对活性污泥活性促进的主次顺序为 :Mg2 +>Mn2 +>Zn2 +>Ni2 +>Mo6 +。
【Abstract】 This paper is aimed to introduce the author’s study on the effects of Mg2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Zn2+, Co2+ and Mo6+on the activity of the activated sludge (AS). The aerobic activated sludge can be used for wastewater treatment, with some metals needed to participate in the bacterial metabolism process. However, what mental and how many quantities are needed remains a controversial problem for a long time. In our study, we introduced six mental ions into a bench-scale reactor respectively. The reactor was then simulated for a SBR aerobic activated sludge process for domestic wastewater purification. At the beginning of every SBR processing period, different mental ions with different concentration were added into the reactor. After the mixed liquor was settled at the end of SBR processing period, the activated sludge was drawn from the reactor and the specific oxygen uptaking rate (SOUR) and dehydrogenase activity (DHA) of AS were determined to reflect their activities. The experimental results show that, SOUR and DHA of activated sludge are dramatically declined when Co2+ is added with a concentration no more than 2 mg/L into the reactor. Thus, it can seen that Co2+ shows a certain inhibition effect on the activity of AS. When other five metals were added into the reactor respectively, the stimulating effect could be observed, for SOUR and DHA of activated sludge were ascended. When the concentration turned to be within the range of 0.5~3 mg/L, 0.5~5 mg/L, 0.5~1 mg/L, 5~20 mg/L, 0.25~1 mg/L respectively, Mg2+, Mo6+, Zn2+, Mg2+, and Ni2+ would show their stimulating effect on the activated sludge activity. Comparing each best effect on the activity of AS, the stimulating sequence will be: Mg2+>Mn2+>Zn2+>N2+>Mo6+.
