地表水模糊综合评价中隶属度的图算方法
A way for fuzzy comprehensive assessment of subordinating degree of surface water quality
【摘要】 地表水环境质量模糊综合评价方法评价结果准确客观 ,可靠性好 ,但数据处理工作量较大。本文根据隶属度函数的几何意义设计了隶属度的图算方法。依据地面水环境质量分类标准 ,应用模糊数学的理论 ,建立了不同类别水质的隶属度函数及不同指标参数的权重 ,进行水环境质量模糊综合评价。该方法曾应用于一个火力发电厂的环境评价 ,评价结果与环境现状相符
【Abstract】 Though the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method for the environment quality of surface water is known to be accurate, objective and reliable, it involves the necessity for processing data in large quantities. As regard to the standard for the environmental quality of the surface water, the subordinate degree function in the difference of the water quality and potential power parameters has been established in accordance with the fuzzy mathematics theory. The results obtained through this method are in good agreement with that through calculation. The above method has been applied to the environment quality assessment in a power plant, the data from our computations are in good conformity with the actuality of the environment.
