苹果感染炭疽病菌后6种酶活性的变化

【摘要】 由于炭疽菌(Colletotrichumgloeosporioides)的侵染,苹果果实体内多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、几丁质酶、β 1,3葡聚糖酶和果胶酶活性均有不同程度地提高。活性的较大幅度提高时期与病症出现的时期一致。在炭疽菌感染苹果过程中,从感染部位到未感染区域的边缘,PAL活性有一个明显的下降梯度。β 1,3 葡聚糖酶活性变化时程与几丁质酶活性变化时程一致。病原菌侵染果实后,果胶甲酯酶(PE)的活性升高,同时果胶分解、果实组织的衰老也能促进PE活性的提高。

【Abstract】 The activities of PPO, POD, PAL, PE, chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase in apple fruit inoculated with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were studied. The results showed that metabolic defense induced by the pathogen including the activities of PPO, POD, PAL, PE, chtinase and β-1,3-glucanase,and the activities of these enzymes markedly increased with increase of the time course of infection and the disease expansion. From the rot section to the edge of health , there was a decrease gradient of PAL activity. At the same time the activity of PE was induced by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Activities of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase increased significantly at the same time,and the peak of those activities appeared at 5 days after inoculation.Chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase were significantly correlated to apple fruit resistance to anthracnose. These enzymes restricted the lesion expansion.
