【摘要】 研究6种植物生长调节剂对钝顶螺旋藻(SpirulinaplatensisA9)生长的影响。结果表明,0 5mg·L-1的GA、1 0mg·L-1的6 BA、5mg·L-1的NAA和0 5mg·L-1的2,4 D对螺旋藻的生长具有明显的促进作用,特别是在培养的前6d。在交叉试验过程中,生长素NAA和细胞分裂素6 BA结合使用效果相对较好。螺旋藻内源激素的测定结果进一步为激素促进螺旋藻的生长提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of six plant growth regulators with three different concentrations on the growth of S.platensis A₉ was studied. The results showed that 0.5 mg·L^-1 GA,1.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA,5 mg·L^-1 NAA and 0.5 mg·L^-1 2,4-D had significant effects on the growth of strain A₉, especially at the beginning six days of cultivation. In the course of intersection experiment,combination of NAA with 6-BA was more suitable for the growth of strain A₉.Determination of intrinsic hormone offered theoretic basis for improving effect of hormones on the growth of strain A₉.更多还原
