【摘要】 综述了近年来茶氨酸的分析测试方法,对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较,并对未来的发展方向做了展望。

【Abstract】 Progress in analysis and determination of L - theanine is summarized. Every method is compared with each other. On the basis of these,the suggestions for its development has been presented.
