【摘要】 目的 :探讨阴黄证血浆内毒素水平以及内毒素血症在阴黄证肝损伤发病机制中的作用。方法 :选用Wistar大鼠 2 4只 ,随机分为正常组、阳黄组及阴黄组。采用生化法测定内毒素含量和丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)活性。结果 :与正常组比较 ,阳黄组血浆内毒素水平无显著性差异 ,而阴黄组显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。阳黄组与阴黄组ALT活性显著高于正常组 ,且阴黄组显著高于阳黄组 (P <0 .0 1)。阴黄组中内毒素水平与ALT活性之间呈正相关关系 (r =0 .993,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :内毒素血症为阴黄证常见并发症 ,内毒素血症在阴黄证肝损伤发病中具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the plasma levels of endotoxin in rats with Yin jaundice syndrome and its effects on the pathogenesis of hepatic injury.Method: Twenty-four wistar rats were divided into normal group,Yang Jaundice syndrome group and Yin jaundice syndrome group.The plasma content of endotoxin and the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) were assayed by biochemistry. Result:Compared with that in normal group, the levels of endotoxin inYang jaundice syndrome group showed no significant difference,but its level in Yin jaundice syndrome group was significantly higher than that in normal group.The activity of ALT in Yang jaundice syndrome group and Yin jaudice syndrome group were signficantly higher than that in normal group,and its activity in Yin jaundice syndrome group was significantly higher than that in Yang jaundice syndrome group(P<0.01).The plasma level of endotoxin was positively correlated to ALT activity in Yin jaundice syndrome group(r=0.093,P<0.01). Conclusion:Endotoxemia is one of the common complications in Yin jaundice syndrome,and it plays an important role in the hepatic injury of Yin jaundice syndrome.更多还原
