【摘要】 目的 :观察益气通腑法治疗食管贲门癌术后气虚气滞证的临床疗效。方法 :以益气通腑方治疗 4 7例食管贲门癌术后气虚气滞证患者 ,与 4 0例术后常规处理的对照组比较。结果 :治疗组证候疗效愈显率、总有效率分别为 6 3.83%和 95 .74 % ,对照组愈显率、总有效率分别为 30 .0 0 %和70 .0 0 % ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。两组 1周后证候积分均有减低 ,治疗组与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗组术后排气时间、留置胃管时间与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。术后并发症发生率治疗组为 8.5 1 % (4 /4 7) ,对照组为 30 .0 0 % (1 2 /4 0 ) ,二者相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :益气通腑法能改善食管贲门癌术后气虚气滞证的症状和促进术后恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Tongfu Therapy on the treatment of the deficiency and stagnation of Qi following the ectomy of esophago cardiac cancer.Method:Forty seven patients with the deficiency and stagnation of Qi following the ectomy of esophago cardiac cancer were treated by Yiqi Tongfu Therapy,and compared with 40 cases with the same disease treated by the postoperative routine treatment in control group. Result:①The curative rate and markedly effective rate and the total effective rate of the syndrome marks were respectively 63.83%and 95.74% in treatment group,and 30% and 70% in control group. There was a marked difference between two groups (P<0.01).②The syndrome marks in two groups all decreased after 1 week following the operation,and there was a marked difference between two groups(P<0.01).③The postoperative carminative time and the time for indwelling stomach tube were markedly different in treatment group, compared with those in control group. ④The occurring rate of postoperative complications was 8.5% (4/47)in treatment group,and 30% (12/40) in control group .There was a marked difference between them(P<0.01). Conclusion:Yiqi Tongfu Therapy could improve the symptoms of the deficiency and stagnation of Qi following the ectomy of esophago cardiac cancer,and promoting postoperative restoration.更多还原
