【摘要】 目的　探讨急性有机磷农药中毒抢救过程中阿托品用量及使用方法。方法　对 1 2 1例急性有机磷农药中毒抢救过程中阿托品使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果　根据患者中毒程度给予相应剂量的阿托品。首次剂量 :轻度中毒静注 1mg ,中度中毒静注 2～ 5mg ,重度中毒静注 5～ 1 0mg,1 0～ 30min重复使用 ,直到阿托品化 ,同时配合其它综合治疗 ,其抢救的成功率 96 7% ,阿托品中毒率为 0。结论　间断多次静注阿托品配合其它常规方法抢救急性有机磷农药中毒成功率高 ,无阿托品中毒现象更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim Probe into the usage and dose of atropine when dealing with the acute organic phosphorus pisoning.Methods Analgze the 121 cases of the usage of atropine when dealing with the acute organic phoshporus poisoning.Results Offer the proper dosage according to the poisoning degree.First dosage :slight poisoning,intravenous injection of 1 mg;modorate:2～5 mg;serious:5～10 mg with reptitive use use every 10～30 min until atropinising combining with other comprehensive treatment.The cure rate:96 7%,the rate of atropine posoning:O.Conclusions The treatment of interval reptitive intravenous injection of atropine,combining with other comprehensive treatment,has a high cuse rate,without any phenomenon of atropine poisoning.更多还原
