【摘要】 目的　探讨酮康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法　酮康唑口服 0 2g每日 2次 ,酮康唑 0 2加入生理盐水 5ml中点眼 ,0 5h一次 ,治疗 2 2例真菌性角膜溃疡病人。结果　治愈 1 9例 ,治愈率 86 4 % ;有效 1例 ,占 4 5 % ;失败 2例 ,占 9 1 %。病情轻重及治疗早晚与愈后关系密切。结论　酮康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效明显 ,给药途径方便 ,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM The effectiveness of the keticonazole in the treatment of mycotic corneal ulcer was evaluated in 22 patients. METHODS Ketoconazole was given to those patients at an oral dose of 200 mg each time, twice a day. During the treatment period,the patients also received a topical application of the ketoconazole solution as eye drops every half an hour when awake.The solution was made by dissolving 200 mg ketoconazole in 5 ml disinfected normal saline solution.RESULTS 19 patient had full recovery ,thereforethe success rate of curing was 86 4%. One patient (4 5%)had improvement,while the other 2 patients (9 1%) failed to show any improvement. It was also revealed that prognosis was related to the severity of the disease and timeliness. CONCLUSION The combination of intake and eye drop of ketoconazole is an effective and convenient treatment for mycotic corneal ulcer.更多还原
