【摘要】 目的　通过不合理用药处方分析 ,说明临床开展药学保健的必要性。方法　对我院 2 0 0 3年 9月份 2 2 2 0张门诊处方逐一审核 ,进行统计分析。结果　有 99张不合理用药处方 ,占调查处方的 4 4 6 %。结论　需要培养专门从事药学保健服务人员 ,指导医师和病人用药更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM Analysing the improper use of drug in prescriptions shows the necessity of pharmaceutical care in clinic. METHODS Check , statistics and analysis of 2 220 medical prescriptions in 9 2003. RESULTS 99 improper use of medical prescriptions have been found out which accunts for 4.46% among the checked prescriptions. CONCLUSION Specialists in pharmaceutical care are needed to advise doctors and patients to use medicines properly.更多还原
