【摘要】 目的　研制一种眼局部应用的诺氟沙星锌滴眼液。方法　按滴眼液制备工艺制备了诺氟沙星锌滴眼液 ;建立了性状、鉴别、酸碱度、含量测定等质控方法 ,并进行了稳定性、抑菌实验和眼局部刺激性试验。结果　以紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星锌滴眼液的含量 ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 .0 3% ,RSD为 1 .2 6 % ;滴眼液稳定性良好。结论　该制剂制备工艺可行 ,性质稳定 ,质控方法简单可靠更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM Study and preparation for eye drops of Zinc Norfloxacin was locally appied to eyes. METHODS The eye drops of Zinc Norfloxacin was prepared by the procedure of eye drops. The set of guality control stardands was establish. The stability tests,inhibiting tests and irritanting tests to local part of eye were made. RESULTS The content of the eye drops of Zinc Norfloxacin was determind by UV spectrophotometny. The rate of average recovery was 100 03%, with relativc stardand deviation 1 26%. This eye drops is quite stablility. CONCLUSIONS The preparaing method is available. The properly of the eye drops was stable. Those quality control stardands of this eyes were simple,reliable.更多还原
