【摘要】 目的　探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法　对 118例乳腺疾病进行二维及多普勒超声检查。结果　乳腺癌的血流检出率明显高于良性疾病 ,乳腺癌与良性乳腺疾病的RI有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　把二维特点、血流动力学改变和间接征象结合起来 ,综合分析可提高乳腺疾病的正确诊断率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of the high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler imaging in diangnosis of breast disease Methods 118 breast disease cases were detected by two-dimensional high frequeney ultrasound and color Doppler imaging.Results Detectable rate of blood flow in breast cancer were higher than in benign breast disease.RI is significant difference between breast carcinoma cases and benign breast disease (P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation can increase the ovevall accuracy in diagnosing the breast disease, which combined with B-mode, hemodynamics changes and indirect sign更多还原
