【摘要】 目的　了解疟疾控制项目实施前 ,疟疾疫情、防治能力现状 ,为疟疾控制项目实施及效果评价提供依据。方法　采用回顾性调查方法。结果　怀远县疟疾发病率在 36 6 .5～ 14 6 6 .2 / 10万之间。乡村两级疫情漏报分别高达 6 0 .0 %～ 90 .0 %左右 ,发热病人血检数仅占总人口的 4 .0‰ ,能实际开展镜检工作的乡仅占5 0 .0 % ;防蚊措施及疟防知识知晓率均较差。结论　怀远县疟疾流行较重 ,应加强综合干预措施控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to understand and master the actual status, the capacity of case prevention and the knowledge of eliminating Malaria before carrying out the malaria control project. At the same time, to give references for the achievements and evaluation of the control measures. Methods Retrospective investigation was conducted. Results In township and village, the rate of missing Malaria reports was as high as 60.0% to 90.0% respectively. The blood detection rate of febrile patients was only 4 of the whole people and the number of the township which could carry out the test was only 50.0%. Understanding rate of malaria knowledge was very low. Conclusions Epidemic of malaria in Huaiyuan county was severe. Comprehensive measures should be adopted.更多还原
