【摘要】 目的　了解芜湖地区动物宿主携带肠出血性大肠杆菌 (EHEC)O1 57∶H7的情况 ,为防治工作提供依据。方法　选择芜湖县境内畜禽粪便标本、水样以及各类养殖场饲料等标本 1 6 2 7份 ,以免疫磁珠法和血清学方法检测EHECO1 57∶H7。结果　 1 6 2 7份标本中检出 4株EHECO1 57∶H7,检出率为 0 .2 5 %。结论　芜湖地区部分动物携带EHECO1 57∶H7。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of E. coli O 157 ∶H 7 infection in animal host in Wuhu area. Methods The samples were initially detected by golden standard test and the positive samples were confirmed by immunomagentic particle and serological test. Results 1627 specimens were detected, 4 strains of E. coli O 157 ∶H 7 were isolated from pig, cattle, sheep feces and water. The positive rate was 0.25%. Conclusions E. coli O 157 ∶H 7 infection was detected in animal host in Wuhu region. It must be paid close attention to prevention and control.更多还原
