【摘要】 目的　研究两起麻疹爆发特征 ,为控制麻疹提供依据。方法　对全部发热病例进行个案调查 ,用流行病学方法对调查结果进行分析。结果　采取措施的寺前中学麻疹发病率为 2 .2 1 % ,未采取措施的大石中学罹患率为 3.0 4 % ,且出现二代病例。结论　采取应急接种、隔离病人、对症治疗等综合措施 ,能有效控制麻疹二代病例发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate control effects on two measles outbreak. Methods all fever/measles cases from two schools were investigated and their anti-MV antibody was detected by ELISA. Results Measles outbreak rate of Si-qian middle school, where the control measures were administered, was 2.21%. Outbreak rate of Da-shi middle school, where no control measures were conducted, was 3.04% and local transmission happened. Conclusions Comprehensive measures, including patient isolation, treatment and emergent vaccination should be used in order to prevent the epidemic spread effectively.更多还原
