【摘要】 目的:评价平阳霉素治疗口腔黏液囊肿的疗效。方法:34例口腔黏液囊肿患者(男12例,女22例,年龄4月～57岁),采用平阳霉素囊肿内注射治疗,浓度为2mg/ml。结果:随访1年以上,治愈率为79%;有效率为91.2%;无效3例;2例有发热反应,无肺纤维化发生。结论:平阳霉素局部注射治疗口腔黏液囊肿是可行的,其疗效确切、安全、简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of pingyangmycin solution injecti on into sac for treatment of oral mucous cyst. Methods 34 patients with oral mucou s cyst underwent pingyangmycin solution(2mg/ ml,newly prepared)injection into t he sac as a remedy for oral mucous cyst.Result Afer more than one-year follow-up,we got a high healing rate(79%)and a high curative rate(91.2%).No serio us complications ocurred Conclusion Pingyangmycin solution injection into sac fo r treatment of mucous cyst is a feasible method with safety,convenience and con vincing effect.更多还原
